I watched the first couple seasons of the L Word, but I couldn’t take another second of that Jenny girl’s puerile melodrama.

Today I saw an article about an "L Word prison spin-off". I figured it would be about Shane, but it follows Alice in prison, ostensibly for Jenny’s murder??? What on earth happened?
So Jenny is gone, huh? Maybe I can start watching the show again!

so I turned on yahoo news to be greeted by an article title that read "Polish president dies in Russian plane crash"… nice play on words there! let’s make Russia look like a bad guy for some random thing, then we’ll scare everyone with communism and tell that all planes will fall from the sky if the healtcare reform passes! "russia bad, russia eat brain, russia bad communism, must be afraid russia!"…

but this brings up my question… who is sick and tired of media trying to brainwash its audience? whatever happened to ethical and unbiased coverage of NEWS? do people even remember what news are anymore? seems like every story there days is 5% news, and 95% punditry… and I’m not just blaming FOX or anything… all the channels these days, liberal or conservative, seem to have very little news and a whole lots of spinning… who is tired of this?!!!

I reset it two weeks or so ago (after reading an article on yahoo about commonly used passwords) and I almost always put it on sleep mode. Well last night I decided to shut it down. This morning I started it up and can’t remember my password. I do have the discs. But when I pressed C until the spinning thing showed up, it always takes me back to the login page to enter my password instead of going to a disk utility page or something. Why won’t it go to that page? Also, the disc ejects itself while the spinning gear pops up. I have finals this week and all my work is on my computer!

I posed the question earlier and everyone who responded thought I meant on this Yahoo Answer site which I was not aware existed. I specifically mean voting with thumbs up or down on NEWS articles like comments about current NEWS events like the oil spill or van der Sloot, I have my Yahoo home page set up with top headlines from 10 different new sourcs like AP or Reuters. /After I read the news I read the comments. If I want to give a thumbs up or down, sometims the arrow just spins and spins and then no vote and there is an error message at the bottom of the screen in my status bar that says error on page. Sometimes I can vote and the thumbs up or down shows up immediately and other times it doesn’t even acknowledge my vote. I hit refresh over and over but still am unable to vote. I am able to post replies and comments with no problem. I just am not always able to vote on the NEWS articles with a thumbs up or down. I hope I made myself clear this time.
