Republicans…any thoughts regarding this?

Have a look at this article

"….Namely, that Fox News is run as a purely partisan operation, virtually every news story is actively spun by the staff, its primary goal is to prop up Republicans and knock down Democrats…."
However, I will give them some credit. They may not be broadcasting actual news, but it is indeed an excellent political propaganda machine

How'd a Republican Favoring Waterboarding Take JFK/Teddy's Seat: The Media Said Rs Were a Southern Party Only?

Senator-elect Brown favored: (1) across-the-board tax cuts; (2) slashing entitlement spending; (3) rejecting the so-called "cap and trade" bill; (4) increasing military and anti-terrorism spending; (5) waterboarding terrorists; (6) conducting enemy combatant trials only in military tribunals; and (7) killing the current health care reform bills pending before Congress.

The media told me Republicans were only a party of the south and that was just a few months ago. Oh, that’s right, it was before VA and NJ.

Should Obama's health care summit be rebranded the Obama summit of Spin?

All the evidence of the last year suggests that this type of bipartisanship — a Republican surrender — is the only kind in which he is interested. Since Obama knows full well that no such deal is possible, the real purpose of his health-care summit is political. He must think that the Democratic proposal will look better in comparison to Republican ideas. He wants to make Democratic efforts to push through their bills seem like a reasonable response to the unreasonableness of Republicans.

Will More Drilling Mean Cheaper Gas?

A 2004 study by the government’s Energy Information Administration (EIA) found that drilling in ANWR would trim the price of gas by 3.5 cents a gallon by 2027. (If oil prices continue to skyrocket, the savings would be greater, but not by much.) Opening up offshore areas to oil exploration — currently all coastal areas save a section of the Gulf of Mexico are off-limits, thanks to a Congressional ban enacted in 1982 and supplemented by an executive order from the first President Bush — might cut the price of gas by 3 to 4 cents a gallon at most, according to the Natural Resources Defense Council.

So, all this extra drilling may save you 8 cents a gallon by 2027 but make the oil companies billions of dollars. Is this another example of Republicans spinning the facts in order to make the oil companies richer?

Will the GOP /FOX spin machine work on anyone but Republicans spinning the facts on this AP Article?

They are raising the pay for their own while calling for cuts on all other government workers as shown by this article : http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20101220/ap_on_re_us/us_pay_freeze_congress
Now CBS and ABC are running with this story. Will this hurt the Republicans with independents because it proves Republican hypocrisy?
2 points, 1) The Democrats are not and have not run on cutting federal wages 2) Eric Cantor DID run with Tea Party backing, money and on their platform of cutting spending.

How will the 0baama spin machine handle Missouri's 71% NO vote on 0baamacare?

Missouri voters on Tuesday overwhelmingly rejected a federal mandate to purchase health insurance, rebuking President Barack Obama’s administration and giving Republicans their first political victory in a national campaign to overturn the controversial health care law passed by Congress in March.

Does this article help clear certain issues up for Republicans?

Or is this another case of what Republicans like to infamously call "liberal media spin"?
I know… and for 8 years you believed things from President Bush that ended up being in direct contrast with what he ended up doing, but believed & defended him. You see the irony here? I guess you guys truly have "seen the light", lol.
And most US Firms fall into the tax bracket that President Obama said would be getting taxed more after 2010. Seriously… look into things… it’s fun.

Is this article on Democrats another example of media bias?

If it were Republicans stepping down because they were going to lose, the media would have a field day. With Democrats, it’s being spun as positive. So transparent.
