By doing so, it would appear as if you are just answering the questions that they have in mind, making them crave for more inputs from you. And this would also establish rapport and trust between you and your readers.

You should also warrant that every word you use earns its keep, especially those in the headlines. It should not bore your readers and so make it as exciting as possible. Remember a great headline is equally important as the content in your article.

Another thing to do is, be sure to pass the “so what? “Then?” “What would it do for me?” questions of the readers. Aside from presenting information, you should also give the readers the benefits and what they can actually get out of reading your articles. Because if they find your articles useless for them, they will either not finish reading it or finish but they won’t click and pay a visit on your website. Bear in mind that leading them to visit your site or click on your link is your main goal here.

Finally, keep you articles simple and easy to understand. Don’t make it too complicated by using complicated words. You are not entering a writing contest and so write it on a simple language. In that way everyone, from different walks of life can have an easy grasp on what you are trying to say.
